MESSAGE FORMATS

These message formats are copied directly from NTP-8(c), applicable CMB bcsts, Pacific AOG and applicable Pacific Area broadcasts.
Some of the NTP-8(c) chapters and annexes have not been updated since the reorganization so some message formats taken from them will not be correct. For example NNN0ASA MD/DC should be NNN0ASA VA and the EEI message format does not have the Area Director and Deputy Area Director as addees. In some cases I have changed the NNN0ASA MD/DC to NNN0ASA VA.
