All information in these rosters is considered inviolate and may not be given to anyone outside Navy-Marine Corps MARS without the member's written permission.  This includes disclosing to members of other MARS services. Exception: a member's MARS personal and staff call sign, first name, and state may be given out.  E-mail address may be given out ONLY if it is a Navy MARS address based on the member's call sign or staff call sign on the navymars.org server.  If you have any doubts contact your state director.

If you have not reviewed the information following this list of links you should do that first.

  Members by County
is intended to aid with ECOM planning, but may serve other purposes.  It is sorted first by state then county.  Alaska does not use counties (called boroughs) per se.  Most of them are geographic labels only.  This listing for AK counties will suffice for MARS purposes.  Some AK county names are long. In those cases only the first part of the name is used.

If a member's county of residence is important to a task you are doing you should refer to "Call Signs Sorted by County".  The physical location of a member, though addressed with a city name, may not actually be within that city's boundaries.  In some cases the city for addressing may be one and the actual city limits a member resides in may be another.  For example, the city of Gresham, Oregon over the years has annexed unincorporated areas of Multnomah County.  The homes and businesses therein were addressed as Portland.  However, they are now within the city limits of Gresham.  You may find them addressed either way.

Some cities go into more than one county.  Portland is primarily in Multnomah County, but portions of the city limits do extend into Clackamas and Washington counties.  Also, large areas outside the city limits of Portland are addressed as Portland and may be in Multnomah, Clackamas, or Washington Co. even to the point of being physically closer to another city than to Portland.

This isn't limited to large cities either.  The town of Scappoose, Oregon is in Columbia County, but there are places addressed as Scappoose that are in Multnomah County.  Lake Oswego, Oregon is in Clackamas County, but portions of the city limits extend into Multnomah.

The "members by county" roster attempts to capture the county the member actually resides in.

Members by Location, ZIP Code, Call
Were developed primarily as an aide to net control stations in routing traffic.  However, anyone may find them useful.

  E-mail roster
If a member has a Navy-Marine Corps MARS e-mail address that will normally be the only address listed for them unless they hold a staff position.  A few members who have multiple e-mail addresses for publication will list multiple times in some rosters.  When a member has an NMC MARS e-mail address it is generally best to use it.  Staff should always be e-mailed using their staff address to insure it will go to the right person.  Staff positions that are vacant will have the e-mails forwarded to the respective director.

  Silent Keys Roster
A tribute to the silent keys of Region Ten can be found on the Region Ten non-secure (home) page

The city and state listed in this roster is the city and state of the member's most recent MARS registration.
To qualify for the Region Ten Silent Key roster the member
must be confirmed as deceased AND the immediate family is aware of his/her passing
his or her membership had to be current as of the time of passing, if a member resigned they do not qualify for the SK list
must have been a member of Region Ten at time of passing

Any member with information on a silent key may pass that info along to AS0 Five.  Please include:
your source for the member's passing,
whether or not the family has been contacted,
the date the member passed, as near as you know it e.g. 07 JAN 06, Jan 06, 2006, ca 2006 (ca. meaning about).
If an immediate family member is also a member of MARS please include that person's MARS call, name, and location (or as much as you know)

  Need to make Changes?
A member can update their e-mail address in the region database by simply notifying AS0 Five.  However, the change will not be made in the Pac Area or the National roster unless the member files a 2093/1 with their state director.

Staff member changes must come from the respective director.

All other changes in personal information can be made to the roster only after the state director notifies AS0 Five that the member has filed a 2093/1 form. See "Moved..." below.

Moved, New Call, Updated Your FCC license?
If you have moved, changed your Ham call, want to add or change phone number(s), or you renewed or upgraded your FCC license you must file a form 2093/1 with your state director.  If your FCC license was renewed or updated in any way you must include a copy of your new license.  If you moved, but don't have your new FCC license, inform your state director of the move, but wait until you have your updated Ham license to file the 2093/1.

  Other Formats
Rosters can be created in addition to the various rosters posted above.  If there is a special need for a particular arrangement, or in a particular format contact NNN0AS0 Five.

Please do not request a copy of the database file. It will not be provided except to state, region, or area directors, or Chief MARS, as it may contain confidential information.  (State directors will receive a modified version that contains only the members of their state)
