Region Ten, Navy-Marine Corps MARS

About this web site

It is only with the help and support of a great many
people that this web site exists. 

As much as possible the individual contributions of
members and staff are noted within the various pages. 

Some contributions were seemingly minor, but nonetheless
ALL are very important.  I apologize to anyone who has contributed
and is not specifically recognized.

Major contributions include:

The directors in Region Ten:  AS0, GAB, GAO, GBP, and GCC.

The states and region training staff;

The ECOM staff in Region Ten;

•

and of course the many members sharing their expertise, technical knowledge, experience, and historical remembrances.

Security
There is a public section (main page) and a Members Only secure area.  Both sites operate from the National NMC MARS web server. The security on the server is good.  There are protections to help keep each member's personal and private information within the requirements of NTP-8 (series), the Privacy Act, and U.S. Navy regulations.

Every effort is made to provide accurate information, and links to reliable sites with valid information.  However, the Dept of Defense, the Dept of the Navy, and Navy-Marine Corps MARS do not accept responsibility for inaccuracies contained on sites not under their direct authority and control.
