ALL MEMBERS CAN ENTER THEIR ST MULTI MSGS INTO MRQ DIRECTLY OR INTO THEIR STATE MBO THAT WILL THEN FORWARD TO MRQ. IF ANY STATE MBO IS DOWN THEN THE MEMBER MAY ENTER THEIR MULTI INTO ANY OTHER MBO. 2. IN REGION TEN ALL THE MULTI TRAFFIC IS FORWARDED BY THE STATE MBOS TO MDX IN PORTLAND THAT FORWARDS TO MDW IN TUCSON THAT FORWARDS TO MRQ IN RIDGECREST. THE MORE MBOS IN A TRAFFIC PATH THE GREATER IS THE CHANCE THAT THE MESSAGE WILL NOT MAKE IT WITHOUT SYSOP INTERVENTION. IN ORDER TO SIMPLIFY THE TRAFFIC PATH FOR MESSAGES IN REGION TEN THE FOLLOWING WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. 3. THE MRN MBO NOW OPERATES ON NDL(5MEG)AND NBB(3MEG). THE NDL FREQUENCY WILL BE CHANGED TO THE PRIMARY ADN FREQUENCY OF NED-1(6MEG) WHICH WILL ALLOW TRAFFIC TO FLOW BETWEEN MRN AND MRQ. MEMBERS IN REGION TEN SHALL PUT THEIR MULTI MSGS INTO THE MRN MBO USING EITHER MRN FREQUENCY OR MEMBERS CAN PUT THEIR MULTI MESSAGES INTO MRQ DIRECTLY. THE NOGAB, NOGAO, NOGBP AND NOGCC TRAFFIC GENERATED BY MRQ WILL BE FORWARDED TO MRN FOR DISTRIBUTION TO THE ADN MBOS IN REGION TEN. IF MRQ CANNOT CONNECT TO MRN THEN THE TFC FOR REGION TEN WILL FORWARD TO MDW WHICH WILL FORWARD TO MDX. IF MRN CANNOT CONNECT TO MRQ THEN THE MULTI TFC WILL FORWARD TO MDX WHICH WILL FORWARD TO MDW WHICH WILL FORWARD TO MRQ. 4. THIS ADN CHANGE IS EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY. BT NNNN /EX
