Navy-Marine Corps MARS

You must meet all the following:
1.  
  be at least 18 years of age,
2.
  be a United States Citizen or Legal Resident Alien,
3.
possess a valid amateur radio license issued by the Federal Communications Commission or other competent U.S. authority -- Technician class or above, and
4.
possess a station which is capable of operating on the MARS HF frequencies (2.0 - 30 Mhz).

You can download a membership application form, fill it out, and click "submit" once you have filled it out completely.

Please note:  a common error is for applicants to write "USA" in the field that asks for your county.

The application form is in pdf format.  You can fill it out and submit it right from your computer.  It requires Adobe Acrobat Reader version 9 or newer. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: When you submit the form you should be able to attach a scanned copy of your FCC license to the e-mail, but if you can't or you forget don't worry, your application will still be processed.  The State Director where you live will ask you for it at some point in his or her processing of your application.  Please do not attempt to submit it independently to NNN0AST or anyone other than as above.

The Navy-Marine Corps MARS Application Form; NMC 2093/1 - in pdf Format (122 kb) to be completed and submitted on line. IMPORTANT: You MUST use Adobe Reader version 9 or newer, or it will not work.

If you do not have Adobe Reader you can download it from Adobe free of charge. 

NMC MARS Members and Applicants complete the PDF Form and affix your digital signature where required (explanations provided on the form) and press the submit key on the form.
