YOU MUST KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PERSONAL E-MAIL ACCOUNT PASSWORD. No one can retrieve that for you.
	If you know the user ID and password for the password protected MARS web sites click here (This is not your e-mail account log in.  It is the secure area login)

• If you need the user ID and password contact your Area Five. Your Area Five is the staff position "Assistant to the Director for Advanced Communications and Technology"
   
• If you have a problem accessing the password protected site try the following:
  • If you use AOL minimize AOL and then bring up the Microsoft Internet Explorer that came with your computer.
  • Check your security settings. If the setting is too high you will not be able to access the protected site.
    • Click on Tools, then Internet Options, then Security, then Custom Level. Change the level in the Reset box to: Medium.
