The Central Area consists of the States of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands in Region 4; Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, and Wisconsin in Region 5.
